Easy BreakFast

Casserole


24 oz Frozen Hashbrowns (about 8 c)
16 oz Cubed Ham
8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
12 large Eggs
1 c Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add frozen potatoes, ham, and cheese to large bowl. Toss to combine. Pour mix into 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. In large bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mix over hashbrown mix. Pat everything down with back of wooden spoon. Bake 1 hour. Center should be set and edges should be golden brown.
